Precast concrete layout plans and shop drawing production. Candidates shall have either EIT or C.Tech status. Require 2‐3 years experience in concrete and wood design to CSA A23.3 and O86 standards under supervision of BC P.Eng. Familiarity with local residential construction practices required. Field review experience of local residential construction projects required. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with professional teammates and construction personnel in the field is essential. Requires strong background in AutoCAD 3D solids and Solidworks with ability to adhere to rigorous CAD standards. Own transportation required plus valid BC drivers license. Work schedule to be 40 hours / week. Remuneration is commensurate with rate of production. P.Eng references required from at least 2 professionals in Canada.
